Juhi is a public policy professional passionate about driving positive change on a global scale. She manages investment portfolios for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in India, focusing on Policy Advocacy and Behavioural Insights.

Before taking on this role, Juhi worked with the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog), the Government of India’s apex policy institution chaired by the Prime Minister. She served as a Manager at India's first Behavioural Insights Unit (Nudge Unit), where she contributed to India’s "LiFE" (Lifestyle for Environment) Mission, a global movement to nudge environmentally conscious lifestyles. She also worked with the Government of India’s Atal Innovation Mission, promoting start-up incubation and technology-led hackathons in partnership with government ministries, international governments, and private organisations. Her work encompasses strategy formulation and implementation of national-level programs that span sustainability, disability inclusion, education, and transgender social welfare.

Juhi is an alumna of Delhi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration. She has been recognised as a 2024 European Union Visitor’s Programme Scholar, a European University Institute Policy Fellow, and a Nudge Global Impact Challenge Scholarship recipient.
