Puja Ganguli

Puja Ganguli is a Sustainability and Innovation Strategist with a diverse background across food, hospitality, journalism, education, and climate tech. She specialises in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to drive impactful solutions.

As Strategic Partnership Lead at AGL, one of Australia’s leading energy providers, Puja works with the Electrification and Innovation team to co-design solutions that accelerate the energy transition. She is also co-founder of Consult Urth, a climate tech startup, and has consulted on high-impact ESG projects for major businesses and governments.

Previously, Puja was a Lecturer at Monash University, where she designed an impact-driven unit to equip students with the skills and mindset to tackle complex sustainability challenges. She continues to mentor startups, supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.
