Tim Hall
Tim Hall is a Policy Officer in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Tim previously served as a diplomat at the Australian Consulate-General in Mumbai between 2016-2019, where he advanced Australia’s commercial, economic and political interests in India. Tim started with DFAT in 2014, gaining experience in free trade, Melanesia, counter-terrorism and the Green Climate Fund. Tim has earlier experience reporting on international climate change negotiations, and has worked in non-governmental environmental organisations, non-profit education and in the Parliament of Victoria. He has also worked abroad in Ghana and Guatemala. Tim holds a BA (First Class Honours) in Anthropology and Media and Communications and a Universitas 21 Diploma in Global Issues from the University of Melbourne.
