Rommel Varghese is a Government Relations and Public Policy Professional. From 2017 to 2022, he held various roles in the NSW Government, including as a Chief of Staff and Deputy of Chief of Staff covering Disability Services, Multiculturalism, Police, Transport and Veterans portfolios.

He is a co-founder of the Australian Indian Youth Dialogue and was the inaugural Director of the forum.

Rommel is an alumnus of the Australian National University where he completed a double degree in International Relations and Business Administration.
