Mark Laitflang Stone is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and impact coach. He is the Founder and CEO of ‘AVENUES’, North East India’s leading youth empowerment social enterprise which has touched the lives of over 100,000 youths through programmes that build confidence, emotional resilience and aspiration. Avenues is also responsible for the development of a unique soft skills and talent identification programme for tribal youth – ‘Aspire Meghalaya’, which has nurtured self-worth, wellbeing and talent for over 9,000 students since 2019.

Avenues is also working towards bridging the gap between efficient governance and public aspirations, leveraging its wide youth network to strengthen government led interventions and assess real-time impact through citizen facing surveys, helplines and data analytics. These initiatives expand the impact of the Avenues Goals – improving communication, building authentic human connection and driving youth engagement for social change.
