Lauren Moss

Lauren Moss is the Member for Casuarina in the Northern Territory (NT) of Australia, and the youngest member of the Northern Territory Parliament, having been elected at the age of 27. Lauren and her family migrated to Australia from the United Kingdom in 1999 and they soon called Darwin home.

Lauren has a proven commitment to community services both personally and professionally, having worked in diverse roles such as coordinating the NT Early Intervention Pilot Program and co-establishing the Anglicare NT program ‘YChange?’ improving outcomes for young Territorians.

As a passionate advocate for young Territorians and improvement of mental health services, Lauren has volunteered for national and local mental health organisations. She has been recognised as a young leader in the Northern Territory and nationally as a finalist in the Australian Women’s Weekly Women of the Future scholarship program. She is the Shadow Minister for Children and Families, Child Protection, Public and Affordable Housing, Mental Health and Disability Services, Multicultural Affairs, Young Territorians, Senior Territorians and Corporate and Information Services. She continues to speak up for the residents in her electorate of Casuarina.
