Saurabh Ranadive
Saurabh Ranadive is a Director with KPMG Advisory practice based out of Mumbai in India. He is part of the Mergers & Acquisition team within Deal Advisory and has 15+ years of experience in handling domestic and international investment projects. He is also a part of the Global Strategy Group within KPMG and focuses on assisting Private Equity and Corporate clients on growth strategy, entry strategy and transformation projects. He has helped clients across multiple geographies such as India, Australia, Middle East and South-East Asia evaluate investment opportunities across diverse sectors such as metals, healthcare, infrastructure, automotive and heavy engineering.
Saurabh led the KPMG team that worked closely with Ambassador Anil Wadhwa, former Secretary (East), Ministry of External Affairs to help develop Australia Economic Strategy report. The AES Report is the only strategy report ever produced by the Indian government for a specific country and it reciprocates Australia’s India Economic Strategy to 2035 report of 2018, authored by Peter Varghese AO, Former High Commissioner of Australia to India. Saurabh brings a unique view-point for improving the India-Australia bilateral relationship based on his 300+ interactions across the India-Australia corridor, including meetings with key government officials, CEOs of leading Indian and Australian companies as well as discussions with key industry associations.
Apart from Australia, Saurabh has also worked on developing country strategies for economies such as Qatar and Oman and brings a varied perspective on aspects that are important for a country’s growth from a macroeconomic standpoint and policy levers that can serve as enablers to ride the emerging mega-trends. He has been a guest speaker and a host on multiple panel discussions across various industry forums.
